How do you take staff with you through a change process?
It's not enough to travel hopefully if you're a logistics specialist – everyone needs to know where and how they're going, and when they can expect to arrive.
After a string of international acquisitions, Wincanton wanted to create a consistent customer experience across Europe, uniting staff as ‘One Wincanton’.
A multi-channel campaign based on a journey planner – an everyday tool for a transport company – helped staff see past the spaghetti junction of the present to the final destination: a clear, consistent brand.
Its strong visual identity and clear messaging is making sure no-one feels left behind on the journey, while built-in check points allow the change team to adapt the pace and direction of travel as it goes.
