How do you get employees around the world to talk?
Nokia had all the tools of the internal communicator's trade, but neither print nor digital channels were working – because they weren't working together.
Having doubled in size in recent years, the company needed something that would help cement a global culture. The answer was a new interactive intranet which provides a virtual community and a one-stop shop for news across the business.
User-friendly tools encourage employees to contribute their own content, as well as comment and rate stories, making this the channel of choice for staff worldwide.
