Demonstrating its zero tolerance for bullying and harassment, the Department of Health commissioned a 15 minute film that boldly mixes excerpts from The Office with convincing reconstructions and animation to probe and challenge attitudes.
The film encourages staff to raise and resolve concerns early, and helps team-leaders draw the not-so-fine line between harassment and robust management.
Case studies and ‘thought breaks’ tactically placed throughout the piece promote discussion, helping to bring this insidious problem into the open.
