Communications Consultant: Thecla Schreuders

Thecla is a strategic communications consultant at Redhouse Lane. Clients include the Football Association, McDonald’s, British Gas, AXA Insurance, the Arts Council, Sport England, Lombard, Transport for London, the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation and the Carbon Trust. Thecla works with clients on evolving their organisation’s brand, vision and values for external and internal audiences. She develops creative employee communications strategies and campaigns, conducts audience research and builds audience profiles and devises content for social marketing campaigns. She also facilitates workshops and develops training in communication skills. Prior to joining Redhouse Lane, Thecla spent 15 years making television documentaries about everything from genetics and neuroscience to lost cities and joy riders (as a producer-director for the BBC and elsewhere) before turning to corporate video, employee communications, storytelling in organisations and training. In recent years she made films and produced materials for HSBC, Rio Tinto, the Open University and the BBC.
