We’ve had a great start to our 2010 Talk Tuesday Summer campaign.
Talk Tuesday is the ideal chance for communicators to pick up and share insights into the latest and future trends in the communications industry – from those at the sharp end. It’s a great way to pick up invaluable ideas and practical advice from industry leaders, and get the opportunity to discuss the issues raised with their peers.
Keith Bottomley, Head of UK Branch Divestment for the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), kicked of the new series with Communicating in a Crisis. He spoke about how internal communications helped the Corporate Banking Division to support its people and customers through the crisis and to start to rebuild employee engagement.
This was followed by Tim Tucker’s fantastic seminar on The Effective Use of Content. Tim discussed the importance of content in defining, driving and achieving the goals and objectives of digital business.
