The Story of O

A nice piece by John Crace in the Guardian about the graphic potential of the letter O. "To lexicographers it's just the 15th letter of the English alphabet. To designers it's a perfect shape for treatment: a world, a ball, a ring, a sun, a moon, a clock, a compass, a face..." . www.guardian.co.uk/artanddesign/2010/mar/16/story-of-letter-o-design. A great example of this can be found in a report we did for the Government' s Chief Medical Officer, where my colleague Raf Amato (and RLC's Creative Director) came up with, I think, the perfect image to illustrate concerns about the nation's health...
