Hay Group’s annual Best Companies for Leadership survey – the largest global business leadership study of its kind – aims to improve management in the business community.
Each year, Hay Group invites companies to share their views on leadership best practice. Each year, we develop a fresh campaign to promote the survey and encourage participation. Hay Group wasn’t getting the cut-through its research deserved, so they turned to us to boost participation numbers.
The key to generating interest is the value of what the participants receive in return. We demonstrated that convincingly by showing them how taking part could boost their leadership credentials and give them extra food for thought.
In just four years, thanks to our campaigns, Hay Group grew the number of survey participants from around 6,000 to more than 21,000 worldwide – an increase of almost 350 per cent.
